Sail 11: The Strategy

Our preparation (sails 1-10) helps us select and group those who hear God’s Word and understand it. Christ says, “The good soil “the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”  Mark 4, Matthew 13

The Bible uses seven words that define skills we learn to become productive. We should constantly grow in the art of good communication. The core passage Colossians 4:5-6 speaks of wisdom, grace and content in our speech.

We all have conflicts that need to be faced and resolved: Lack of understanding our sin natures, failure to forgive, unwillingness to submit to authority, moral impurity, financial impurity, lack of responsibility, not enough time in prayer, study and meditation, understanding that a desire to make disciples can push us forward to become productive.

All excuses are equal. They all hold us back. Philippians 3:14

Decide that your strategy is to make disciples no matter what. The tactics you develop on the final step will make all the difference.
